I like that it is not a shot of absolute clutter, as so may shops are. It speaks of simplicity. Simplicity of design, simplicity of choice; simpler times. Nicely photographed.

@Shutterbug: oh well you know the story, us europeans came from the great´land of India thousands of years ago, that why we are caled indoeuropeans. So you and me could be cousins! Always love the Greek hand-crafts very much like the Persian art-work. I guess because once upon a time we were more in contact than today. I lived briefly in the republic of Cyprus (southern Greek part) and they have similar things.

Very uncluttered, great light even up to the far upper corner, perfect colors, you name it and this photo has it. From your postings I get the impression that Alonissos is not yet overrun by tourists, seems to be very calm....
