Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesLooks like a real feast, food and conversation flowing freely! Nice. It's lunch time. 17 Sep 2007 3:38pm @Viewfinder: exactly my point of view, regards D @yiannis krikis: well you live in the most famous greek city for its mezedes! go and enjoy, regards D @Amir: haha everyone is going directly to the super market after this one! Hercules from Jacksonville, United StatesNice aerial shot of the spread , truly a feast. From a photographic stand point the image contain too many distracting elements, from the white plates, salt shaker, red jacket ect. The eyes naturally moves from low contrast to high contrast so you want to control or lead the viewer eyes to your specific point of interest , also remember the rules "less is more" try not to include everything in one shot. Solution : crop at the base of the red jacket's hand out, this will put back the focus on the meal. 2. Change the angle of photographing , i would suggest a lower angle ,maybe from the table's edge, also change my setting (f-stop) for a more shallower DOF and filling flash for the shadows. Again , D , truly a feast. 17 Sep 2007 4:36pm @Hercules: greetings Hercules, famous Greek hero of my childhood, thank you very much for the interesting tips. Well I might agree with the most and especially to less is good, have a look at my portfolio and you shall see alot of LESS. Kind regards Dimitrios @Josh: GREECE IS THE COUNTRY TO TRY THEM ON! REGARDS MaryB from Staffordshire, United KingdomOuzo and olives........yummy! thank goodness I've just eaten this looks so delish :) 17 Sep 2007 10:23pm @MaryB: HAHA I EAT THEM ALL THE TIME AS YOU SEE! @purelysnow: KALIMERA, HAVE A NICE DAY Yvon from Meerkerk, NetherlandsThis looks really nice.
