A very different type of lion at a hotel in Tashkent
This is part of a new series of photographs taken in Uzbekistan during our Easter vacation there. What we are going to see is a trip back in time, a journey to a great land of very kind and hospitable people. So bear with me for the next few days. Take care wherever you are on the globe, kind regards Dimitrios. Series started on May 7th 2008.

@Michael Skorulski: THANKS
You are a real globetrotter, Dimitrios, never tired of travelling! But this piece of sculpture has something Mediterranean so you must have felt a bit at home. Very cool picture in hot weather. I like the square shades.
