@Nathanael: step 1, put the flash to OFF
step 2, chose night scene in camera.
step 3, start moving the camera like a wheel, or up and down , or right and left WHEN at the same time you press the shutter.
You are going to be amazed with the result, its so EASY.

Would love to be there, jumping around my photos would be the same. I cannot
usually do this effect very well, but beautifully presented with the night light.

I simply experiment with the shutter open and just move the camera around in any motion imaginable.
I think this photography is fun.
