Thank you for sharing this image, Dimitrios. But I see It has written in Persian! And It dated in 1147 or 1047 AH, about 1637 or 1737 AD.
Do you have a better image of it?

@omid: are you sure? What does it say?
At first, I thought it is in Persian because it has some Persian and Arabic words. But I showed your image to some of my friends, and they said this is in Turkish. Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish are similar in writing system.
Written here these words:
زمرهی بکتاشین ایچره طقوزنجی بلوک
یولداشی پرسود مسعود طبع دل محمود آغا
فی سبیل الله بو دلجو چشمهنی بنیاد ادیوب
خسته دل عطشانه قیلدی اعین سفا
صو کیبی ز ابر ایلیوب حافظ اوقی تارا یخنی
چشمهی محموددن ایج ماالحیات جانفزا
It says this fountain built by a person, named Mahmoud Agha, and this is its Waqfname, an islamic tradition "which typically involves donating a building, plot of land or other assets for Muslim religious or charitable purposes with no intention of reclaiming the assets" (from Wikipedia)
The last line is its Chronogram.
